The former chairman oversaw Tottenham's transition to the state-of-the-art venue in the year 2019.

US technology mogul Brooklyn Earick has rejected launching a buyout proposal for Tottenham.

Tottenham had before “unequivocally rejected” an informal expression of interest from a investment group headed by the American last period and maintained the team was off the market.

Yet UK takeover and merger rules required that, following an expression of interest declined, the group had to submit a bid by the October deadline or declare they would not do so.

Confirmation of the determination was issued in a release made by Tottenham to the financial markets, stating the club is “not in an acquisition window.”

The entrepreneur published an snapshot of the announcement on digital channels, remarking: “It's been a honor engaging with Tottenham Hotspur and the Lewis family's agents over the past few months.

“I have great respect for the club, its executives, and its fans, and wish them only the best.”

The club's board expressed gratitude to the syndicate for its “positive engagement” in negotiations and for “acknowledging the definitive view” of the proprietors that the team is off the market.

Brooklyn Earick is a one-time music presenter who also served in space technology for the space agency before establishing Redacted RnD, which specializes in tech, media, athletics and leisure.

The informal offer was the third inquiry turned down by the organization's leadership since the unexpected exit of top executive Levy in September.

In early fall, the organization rejected offers from ex-Newcastle investor Amanda Staveley's PCP International Finance Limited and a consortium spearheaded by Roger Kennedy and Ng through Firehawk Holdings.

Daniel Levy and his household own about a significant stake of Enic Sports & Developments Holdings Ltd – which has an majority stake in Tottenham.

The executive was the English top flight's longest-serving chairman and is reported to have made in excess of fifty million pounds during his long tenure in the role.

Yet he was also the target of regular protests by Tottenham supporters, especially last term as Premier League performances were unsatisfactory.

Spurs secured their major honor in seventeen years when they defeated Manchester United in May's Europa League final.
