Soccer Player Aaron Ramsey Increases Reward for Missing Pet in Mexico to $Twenty Thousand Dollars

Wales football star Aaron Ramsey has increased the reward for information regarding his lost canine Halo to $$20k.

Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff City midfielder, who currently is with the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state zone.

The beagle, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a tracking device, and Ramsey posted a Google maps location of the spot she vanished from.

"Any news about our pet Halo please get in touch with us. Big reward for reuniting with her. We are all praying she's ok and will return to our side quickly," the athlete shared on social media.

Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals

Ramsey initially announced that Halo had disappeared 14 days prior and has since posted numerous pictures of the cherished pet on his social media account.

A $$10k reward was originally provided, but with absence of information on the dog's status after a seven days, the player and his loved ones raised the sum.

"All we desire is Halo returned," he said in a further request on social media after the elderly pet was lost.

The most recent picture post is a black and white snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head lying in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the message: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you once more sweet Halo."

Household's Concerns and Context

The footballer has additionally posted a statement from his wife Colleen on online channels saying they have some "serious queries" about the disappearance and fear the family "might not receive clarity".

"To this day we haven't found Halo. I fear we will ever," his wife's message expressed.

The Welsh leader became part of Mexican premier team Club Universidad Nacional recently and had his debut in the Mexican league in August.

The Caerphilly-born player is the pioneering prominent British athlete to participate in the Mexico's top division.
